I was pretty amazed by the definitions she stated. A hood is a ghetto, or someone who acts like from there. And also from neighbourhood, which is an area where one live.
Hoodlum is a lawless youth gangster. Its like that in the ghetto. You are all my hoodlums, together we are a gang! Wanna join my gang?
